It's good to see some of the younger Fletcher sailors get involved. Glad to have you aboard. You can get active with this or future reunions by contacting the appropriate personnel. For this one, Rick Schroder is our fearless leader and he heads up a team of "older" Fletcher sailors and that includes me. Find out what is involved, get active, and have some fun at the same time. Take care |

Wow! I was reading through this and some of the other forums and the names came flooding back to my memory. It's been a long time! Are you guys still around? I've noticed that many of the posts are at least a couple of years old, if not older.
I also noticed that there is very little about the '94 WestPac. I guess since we were in the Gulf most of the time, there isn't a lot to be said - not like the '92 WestPac (Show the Flag) cruise.
I remember mostly hanging out with Ryan Carey and a few others as well. I found it interesting that all of my drinking buddies were from engineering; especially with me being a CTM. It seemed like I spent more time in engineering that I did in my own work space.
Anyway, I'd love to hear from anyone that remembers. |
